Is the reverse caused by the lamination or grease? Your opinions and knowledge are appreciated.

Very cool coin. I'm going with grease for the reverse. I rarely see lamination paired with grease so that is a really neat find.

Looks like an unstable lamination peel. At first I wondered it someone had put something on the surface of the coin. (years ago they used to vanish/lacquer coins) But the reverse looked normal, so I ruled that out. Lamination issue.

Thanks folks. The lamination is more stable now. Put it in a flip.
