Slamnbass Pillar of the Community United States 3644 Posts	Posted 06/01/2016 10:51 pm No expert but that side view does make me lean towards a small clip that has been damaged or pliers taken to it for some reason like Dustin said...think I'm seeing tapered rims too but I can't make out a blakesly effect let's see what others say...that would be something 2 in one day tho... coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 06/02/2016 01:15 am This one looks like a straight clip. On these the planchet is cut over the edge of the stock material. Thus the irregularity is on the stock material before it was clipped. So it is not PSD. It is a legit incomplete planchet. Report this Post to the Staff

The edge of the clip shows the "punch and tear" pattern which is expected from a curved clip. The rough edge of the clip shown on the reverse is likely due to post-strike damage or simple circulation. Overall the coin is not problem free; it has evidence of staining and other damage.
