On the image of the 'LIBE' on LIBERTY the lines you are seeing on the left sides of these devices are Die Deterioration marks. (sign of die wear) We see this on the single squeeze dies more often than the multi-hubbed dies in the past. The profile of the single squeeze dies is lower (not as deep into the die) than the hubbing from years past. Sot the die wear shows on the obverse on cent on the:
1. Right side of the Date
2. Left side of LIBERTY
3. Tops of the motto
The date area on your coin is showing the '09' as a bit wider and the mint mark is weak. This often happens when a slight amount of grease gets into the die and prevents the tops of the coin devices from showing the taper of the devices.

The more grease into the die, the wider those devices will look. They will also appear not as tall as the surrounding devices that do not have grease in them.
That is why the devices on the date and mint mark look different. No premium for this though. But always nice to know what caused the issue with your coin.
