I thought this would be considered a Weak strike / Die Deterioration, but now I don't know.

What do you all think

I agree with the Grease Fill on the LIBE. You can see where is was strongest and how it reduces going clock wide. (So the great fill was on the LI area. But on the jaw area it looks like over polishing was the issue. Note on an overlay that area mush have had several clashes over and over that happened in that area:

on the 2nd and 4th images you posted you can see where the die was over worked on the jaw area. The motto on the 'IN' & 'WE' is widening, again I feel that is a grease issue that continues down on that area. But you see the heavy die scratches on that area. I feel the outside devices were not affected by the polishings as the devices I mentioned are not smaller (as would be the case if the die was over polished) but larger than normal as what you would see on a die partially filled with grease in those areas. The die is showing LDS die flow on the fields over all. But probably this die continued on to strike many thousands more before it was retired. No premium for this, so it is spendable. But you are grasping the differences of what happened to the die that struck your coin.
