The first is a token, listed in numista (rarity index 80):
Not rare, but not common according to numista.

The second is Japan, 5 Yen. Current coinage

Esperanto, is what google detects, partial translate birth to rule Reasons they don't sell 1st they are something nobody wants, 2nd fantasy item, 3rd it is a local tourist item for a festival, 4th they are over priced. There are a lot of tokens that end up in the bargain boxes at the local coin shops bue to the fact that either the subject matter is obscure, and to much time has past since it was minted. Biggest thing is it was 1977BI (before internet)

Wikipedia says:

"On 3 April 1077, the Emperor Henry IV granted the county of Friuli, with ducal status, to Sigaerd, Patriarch of Aquileia"

Friul-Friuli, sounds similar - perhaps it's something related to the event the anniversary of which this token commemorates.

@Circus is correct. We cannot imagine how many different kinds of tokens, medals, etc. are made all over the world. The vast majority have only local interest, and unless the person/ event is of some significance, they have minimal value. I make a point of picking up any interesting such items in "junk" bins but would not pay more than 25-50 cents each.
