Indian Cent Heavy Die Clash

This coin is heavily die clashed on the obverse and some on the reverse. It has a die scratch by liberty. It looks like a mad die clash to me, is it worth a premium over book for what appears to me to be a VF coin?

BTW, the coin shows evidence of being clashed twice

I have a very similar 1864 die clash. Can you determine what it is clashed with?

Yes, the reverse, it's the shield from the reverse you see just above the date.

Nice coop. I was told die clashes don't bring a premium. I don't understand that. What do you guys think, does it bring a premium?

Personally, I do keep clashed dies, but only if they are very strong.Yours is pretty strong. I do know that people collect clashed dies, and there is a whole website dedicated to them so I think that you could sell this to someone for a small premium.

People collect different things. Some like them others don't. But the stronger the die clash, the more interest there is in them. Looks like the STATES has a Struck Through Grease error on it:
