Welcome to the Mystery Coin Draw!
Get 3 modern uncirculated coins absolutely free - you've got a 10% chance to win!

The prizes: the following coins can be won (limited to three coins per member):
1 modern uncirculated coin from Latvia
1 modern uncirculated coin from Lithuania
1 modern uncirculated coin from Tajikistan
1 modern uncirculated coin from Uzbekistan
1 modern uncirculated coin from Kazakhstan
1 modern uncirculated coin from Macedonia
1 modern uncirculated coin from Romania
1 modern uncirculated coin from Transdnistria
1 modern uncirculated coin from Russia
1 modern uncirculated coin from Ukraine
None of them are silver or proof - but they aren't the smallest regular coins either. All are either commemoratives or one of the many versions of circulation coins of the same face value. Their dates are all between 2000 and 2015.

Note regarding the prize coins' condition: as you cannot see the prizes in question, it has to be pointed out that the coins have not been selcted personally but ordered online. They are UNC and have the usual bag marks. Also, fingerprints (though not mine) may need to be removed from some of them. I have not attempted to wash or clean any of them. They'll be sent exactly as they were received by me.

But wait, that's 10 - what about the rest, you may ask. Well... the rest are all eurocents. And that's the catch. You have a 10% chance to win... something
You do not know what is lurking in each of the numbered bags the coins have already been placed in. You can win three commemoratives from the list above - or you could end up with an awe-inspiring set of three eurocents. You'll only know when you get them in the mail!

How it goes:
Step 1: you choose your coins - post three numbers, from 1 to 25.
Step 2: Randomizer decides whether you win - I'll draw a random number from 0 to 9 for each entry. First number for the first person to enter, second number for the second person, etc. If Randomizer picks zero, you win!
Step 3: if you win, I'll send you three coins - the ones that are in the bags with the numbers you selected in your post - by regular priority mail.

Basic rules:
One post per person per round.
No editing posts for any reason.
If you win, you cannot participate in any subsequent rounds.
If you don't win, you can continue participating in the next rounds.

Rounds:
Each round lasts at least 24 hours and ends when I post "Round closed".
Once the round is closed, drawing will proceed. The "Round results" will be posted below.
Any posts made between my "Round closed" and "Round results" posts are not valid.

Other more-or-less obvious notes:
You can choose coin numbers that have been chosen by others. You can even choose exactly the same combination as another member in the same round.
However, if you choose a coin that is already gone (won in a previous round, or earlier in the same round) and win, you will not receive that coin. In this case you'll receive two instead of three coins.
It will be explicitly pointed out which coins are gone after each round.
Depending on the results Randomizer provides and the number of participants, it may happen that: nobody wins in a given round, or that all offered coins are gone after the first round rendering further rounds useless.
In case of unforseen events occuring during a given round, including problems with Internet access, causing the delay in me being able to post "Round closed", the round continues until a post is made by me, even if it happens after several days. Posts made after the initial 24 hours but before my post will be valid.

Don't want to read? Here's the short version:
Post three numbers from 1 to 25. One entry per member per round.

Sample entry: "1, 2, 3". Nothing more is needed.
