No genuine 1909-S VDB has a mint mark with a "backward" slant.

In addition, the configuration of the VDB is wrong, particulary the B.

That was a nicely made counterfeit cent - any ideas if entire coin was counterfeit vs altered/added mint mark? Thanks for any feedback.
