hard to tell with the slight blurriness and glare but it looks very frosty and clean, contact mark on the cheek, thin scratch under REGINA and some smaller marks on the reverse. over all a very attractive coin, I see no problem with it getting an MS-65 from ICCS but if they gave it a 66 I would be a bit worried. although, I tend to be very conservative with these 1939 and 1967 coins, since the open fields cause lots of chatter and it seems ICCS tends to be forgiving of it..so I guess it may make a low ICCS 66..
Feel free to call me Will.

The lines on the queens head are from the plastic, they are not on the coin.

Nice looking coin .. I would not try to guess the grade.

Should I be buying all of these I see ... or just the better
grade one?

AgHoarder and Alan were right and so was silver wolf (sort of). ICCS graded this MS-64.
Sorry to those who could not grade from my pictures. I do not have good lighting, and I am not a good photographer in general.
Alan: the certification number is a 2 letter one.

Is it a 2 or 3 letter certificate? The first group of pictures are fine, better than many
