The two dots near the ear looks like someone altered your coin by pressing those dots into your coin. PSD (Post-Strike-Damage) These were done after the strike. Not an error, just damage added to the coin. No premium for this.

its very clear he has hair over the top right side of the left dimple. I think this was during the press. that kind of pressure would harm the back I'm sure.

If it is not flat, then it was altered. It looks like it was squeezed a bit.

I'm 99% sure this is PSD. It looks like a circular area of the reverse (just under the right half of the dome) is flattened from the impact. Better pics would help, though.
