1958 D Cent Error Or ... ? - Coin Community Forum

I came across this 1958 D cent and the mint mark -- or rather, it's position in relation to the date -- caught my eye. It appears to be farther left, higher, and slightly slanted right (to where the top of the "D"'s loop is almost touching the "9" in the date) than a normal 1958 D mint mark. My question: Is this a known error of some sort? The only error type I know of for this coin is an RPM, but the mark on this coin does not appear to be repunched. Or is it simply a slightly skewed mark that that's not technically an error? Or is it really not as different from normal "D" marks as I think it is? Checked CC and found a similarly located example 1958D-1MM-037 where the MM is a RPM. Not saying your coin is a match, because I can't see it that clearly in the current pics.
