Looks like doubling behind the head n shoulder.

Those are clash marks when the dies hit together with no planchet between them. It left that mark on the dies from the opposite outlines of the devices. (these are often polished out after they are noticed on the dies.

cool clash but I see the doubling and it is too shelf like with no notch so I am saying it is probly MD
