Going through a roll of unc franklin 1959-D Half Dollars I found this. I haven't been able to find any info on this possible variety. I was hoping someone would be able to help identify what this is.

The 'S' Mint mark was not being used from 1955-1967. So I seriously doubt this is a D over 'S'. Variety Vista does not list any RPMs for that year on halves.
