Appears to be a medium O set left/tilted right, that might help you narrow it down. The fields, cheek, and neck are all a mess. But I do not see circulation wear, just bag / handling rub and contact. Luster is strong. It has a shot at MS62, but no higher. Reverse is a full 62.
