Well,it's not on CC's site or Wexler. I do not think it is an RPM at all. Let's wait for coop.

I'm going with MD. Note how the damage is also present on the date in the exact same direction as you see it on the Mintmark.That is how you know it is Machine damage.

Also note how it reduces the size of the devices.

Dustin6 called it. Looking at the 8 (lower half, left side) and 0 in the date, you can see the reduced area on the date that corresponds with the altered areas on the mint mark. Also the mint mark is reduced by MD compared with the opposite side of the mint mark.
