NDCENT Pillar of the Community United States 530 Posts	Posted 07/10/2016 1:26 pm That is correct.I also wondered why NGC didn't mention what it was struck through.My guess is the prominent "U" threw them for a loop.It's fascinating that an entire coin is struck through but 1 letter is perfect.
