hi guys I found another coin of 1964 cent I think its hub doubling I just remove it to the plastic

That's a lot of doubling going on. There are a number of doubled dies on the '64 proofs and you've got one there. Some spots look tripled (?)

Hold on awhile and one of the experts will spell it out for us.

Everything I see looks normal. The '4' in the date is showing some slight machine damage from the striking process. (proof cents are struck twice, business strike cents only once) The motto on the obverse is showing slight MD on the tops of the devices. But I see no hub doubling.

The tops of the devices on the motto show die wear. No hub doubling present on this coin.

Not how these devices are enlarged and you can see a spread on the devices. (1964 cent proof) On your coin, the devices are normal sized.
