2015 D Roosevelt Dime Trail Doubling ... Maybe. Opinions Please!

There are raised lines going from the back of the neck around to the eyes, all extending out to the rim; thicker lines streaming from the date and almost all the lettering, doubling (I assumed Machine Doubling) on LIBERTY especially is major; die cracks and what seem like breaks...
