Technically no, but I don't report them. Anyone that buys them as real.... well you know.

As long as they are marked "COPY" or "REPLICA" and listed in an appropriate category then you can list them on ebay without a problem. See this listing and remember they are essentially worthless and not usually worth messsing with: http://www.ebay.com/itm/1933-SAINT-...AOSwkl5XctOg

No, you can't. They are not allowed on ebay marked copy or not.

http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies...rstamps.html

Quote: "NOT ALLOWED: Replica coins".

Note, there is no exception for if they are marked COPY or REPLICA, no exception for if they are disclosed to be copies, and no exception for obvious replicas.

bobby doesn't report them if they are marked COPY or REPLICA unless the seller is trying to sell them as genuine.

Oh, sellers still list replicas, copies, disclosed or not disclosed, but regardless, ebay's policy does not allow them. These are marked COPY. These should not fool anyone. CAN you do it? Yes. MAY you do it, No. Will your listing get removed by ebay if you do list them? Who knows? It is a risk.

My FREE ADVICE: Find somewhere else to sell them.
My opinion of these sets: JUNK, pretty JUNK.

60 mg of gold at today's price per ounce is about $2.60. This is an amount not financially worth the cost to recover the plating.

How ironic. You can list replica and copy "Paper Currency" but can't list coins? Makes sense to me.

ebay used to allow replica coins if they were marked COPY.

Too many sellers were digitally adding the word COPY to the photos of their counterfeit coins, and sending coins not marked copy. So they changed the policy to not allow any replica coins.

Example advertised (note COPY on obverse)

Example received (note not stamped COPY)

Thank you for the link and explanantion, nss-52. I was looking for ebay's policy a few weeks ago (just out of curiosity following other threads on here), and sooner of later I'm going to want to sell some of my own hoard.
