Am I Allowed To Sell These On Ebay?

gidjit Pillar of the Community Canada 1967 Posts	Posted 07/04/2016 6:37 pm i am helping a friend sell his dads collection on ebay , he has a few of these replica/copy coins from the national collectors mint. also have the indian/buffalo gold copy oz coins as well...i just need to know if eBays allows the sale of these, I see some on ebay but I want to know before I get in any trouble thanks Report this Post to the Staff

Oh, sellers still list replicas, copies, disclosed or not disclosed, but regardless, ebay's policy does not allow them. These are marked COPY. These should not fool anyone. CAN you do it? Yes. MAY you do it, No. Will your listing get removed by ebay if you do list them? Who knows? It is a risk. My FREE ADVICE: Find somewhere else to sell them. My opinion of these sets: JUNK, pretty JUNK. 60 mg of gold at today's price per ounce is about $2.60. This is an amount not financially worth the cost to recover the plating. Too many sellers were digitally adding the word COPY to the photos of their counterfeit coins, and sending coins not marked copy. So they changed the policy to not allow any replica coins.
