They could both be die cracks or the first on could be a rim Cud and the second could be a retained rim Cud. Leaning more towards die cracks, not sure though.

 Thanks for the info and the welcome! My nephew is pretty excited. He loves finding errors. His 9 year old eyes work way better than my 40 year old eyes :/

I think they're Rim Cuds. I believe a MAD has to have part of the rim missing. Maybe an expert will tell us for sure.

I disagree. It looks like contact marks on the edge of the rim. Look at the first image: Note the mark on the top part of the rim. Note that it was sheared off the rim. The rim is now missing what should have been there and it still attached to the rim. Somehow damaged after the strike happened. Value? No, it is just damaged.
