I looked on Cuds on Coins .com and saw a couple listed for 1993 but not this one.

Did I miss it in the list or is this a new one? Is this even an IDB?

I know coin needs a dip.

Is there another website that might have this one listed?

All opinions welcome.

Thanks...Mont

Cuds On Coins lists these I believe. You probably have a later Die State if it's not on there. I've heard that one called the "Bee Hive".

Yes Cuds on coins does list these. When I looked they had a couple for this year but they were in a completely different spot on coin.

Edit: Just looked again and unless I am not seeing a complete list they only have 1 1993D IDB listed and the IDB is in different spot on reverse.

I'm no expert but judging by the color, it may be zinc rot. Nice break in bay 1.

With the gray showing on that area, I can see the zinc. So the plating was split and starting to rot in that area.

Thanks again guys!

Is this worth listing? I Couldn't figure out who to email at Cuds on coins. Should I just use their "Contact us" button?

No, unless it's free. Due to the nature of the error and the condition of the coin, it has no value other than face.

Thank you JC. Good feeling for novice collector to find something new. Even if coin is in rough shape.
