Or possibly VF-20, but definitely low VF and most attractive.

Very attractive coin! I'm going to be a downer on the grade though. I'm familiar with Bust Halves and am aware of strike weaknesses. I can't go above F-15 on this one. It's not all the reverse wing feather weakness, which is partially due to strike. I don't think the obverse quite makes VF status either. That being said, Fine is too low. I think this is a good call at F-15 IMO. I like them when they look like this and own many that are similar.

I'll agree on it being a higher end F. Also note the rims, those are reason to keep it at F money anyways if it was my wallet.
