a few observations... 1) your title states 1984, and you photo image is of a 1983. 2) I personally am not seeing a doulbed die reverse..(but I am not one of the experts). 3) you might want to post each coin, each in a athread of its own.
4) your 1972 looks like a legit doubled die, but I cant help much as to which one.

 1983 is worthless doubling, but the 1972 looks legit. If you can get some really good pics of IGWT on the 72 it would be great. Also  to ccf.

As I said, the 1983 is MD, note how it is shelf like and reduces the size of the devices, but the 1972 is hub doubling and is a nice example. This is a picture by coop that explains it

Looks more like 1972P-1DO-008 to me.  002 is a CCW. This coin is a CW class 1 rotation.  Note the tail on the '2'?

Not a problem. We all make mistakes from time to time. The learning from them is what shows advancement. I like to show what I see, and I come to my conclusions. Seems like the best way to learn from another.
