Also a extra column between 1st and 2nd column.There is separation by the rim on the reverse.Do not know if the object,coming out of the bottom of the steps,is part of the spear in lincolns head?

This looks like a first example of an attempt to polish out the Feeder Finger Damage on a coin I've seen. You can see the long vertical die scratch below the base. While no premium is attached to this coin, the reason for the polishing is very apparent.
