A repeater S/N has the first 4 numbers matching the last 4 numbers exactly.

If those were calculator-digits, it would have mirror symmetry. Not sure if that means anything, but I'd still hold on to it.

given that it is a cool serial nimber - I still have a problem understanding why serial numbers, which are obvioulsy sequencial, have any value (premium) other than ther "coolness' factor. where as I find your serial number interesting, I don't understand why it is signifigant. having said all that - I might be inclined to keep it - just for a conversation peice....

I would hold it. I would consider that a double-repeater or a bi-repeater ... you pick.
