What would you guys grade this Seated quarter ? Some of the scratches you might see are on the holder and there's a spot on Liberty leg that looks like a break in the die or something ... Also the coin has somewhat of a rotation not sure if it's enough to be consider as such ...

I'd say VF-30. For 1861's always look to see if you can see the Eagle's eyeball. If it is scooped out with no convex eyeball, it is a much rarer variety. It doesn't look like it here, bit hard to tell for sure.

Thanks everyone :) I was thinking it was just shy of EF , I also checked the eye on the eagle out and unfortunately I don't think it's the rarer one ....
