Some of the scratches you might see are on the holder and there's a spot on Liberty leg that looks like a break in the die or something ... Also the coin has somewhat of a rotation not sure if it's enough to be consider as such ... Report this Post to the Staff

If it is scooped out with no convex eyeball, it is a much rarer variety. It doesn't look like it here, bit hard to tell for sure. Report this Post to the Staff
