I am new at this and took the best picture I could. I haven't seen this in other halves. Their appears to be a lines in a spherical shape just underneath Liberty and between the date marks.

Is-This-A-Mint-Error-In-This-Kennedy-Half?

If it is an error, is of a significance worth keeping?

No. It suffers from roller damage.

The circular gouge is damage caused by rolling/counting machines.
