Wondering if this 1960 D cent is worth adding to my stay pile collection. It's in a nice condition, I believe. What you guys think? No idea.

to CCF. I would keep it. FYI: If you crop your photos before posting we could see it better.

This is a nice looking Lincoln. Nice to find them like this
in circulation. I would keep it too.

I hope you don't mind, I cropped your coin like John1 suggested. Just to give you a idea on how a coin shows
better.

Great value ? ... not at all.
Worth keeping from a collector standpoint ?

ABSOLUTELY!

It would be too painful to chuck that coin back into the wild ...
Maybe a folder or album hole filler...or an upgrade in there.
At least stuck in a 2x2 for posterity. ..

Absolutely keep it. I keep all copper cents I come across in rolls at a minimum but that is worthy of its own 2x2.

I keep any I find in that condition and some are not. I have found in our area quite a few coppers from 59, 60`s and 70`s like someone dumping a bunch of LMC. I even got a nice 70S small date at Taco Bell and a lot are AU cond with luster but not as nice as yours. And also several nice S mints also.

Now I have 2 coffee cans to check for errors when the rain comes this fall.

I think folks short of cash and cents and nickels are first to go to coin star etc.
