Does anyone know About the Danbury Mint US Presidential dollar 3 Coin set?
It has P D S mint of each Presidential dollar? I checked book and they said they $2.00 for regular P & D, S was $3.00. Does that sound close?
Thanks for your help,
Jed

Face value for the 3 dollar coins is apparent. ..= $3.00

So, if the offer is that, it's a good deal..
Just be careful you don't get duped into a mailing program "introductory offer" or something.

If you were to get P and D mint Presidential uncirculated
dollar for $2.00 each and S mint proof for $3.00 each,
that would be a OK deal.

The Danbury mint is known for selling "collector" sets that
they have put together. They put out 12 coin roll sets, in
a "cheap" box. These are over priced in my opinion.

AS eaglefoot posted be careful in what your signing up for.
They may be giving you a good price up front, then hit you
up for some over priced coins for the rest of the set.

Thank you very much. I try to get silver coins but this comes with a nice glass top storage box with 35 Presidential dollar sets.
Thx, Jed

Read the fine print... you probably don't get the case until the 5th or 10th monthly shipment 'on approval'. Yes, you can cancel anytime, but until you do and it goes through, they are going to send and keep billing you.

I wasn't buying them from The Danbury mint. I don't buy anything from all the "MINTS". You are right about the fine print. I get most of my coins from "The you S MINT". I didn't get the Pres. coins because I try to stay with silver coins. I thought if I was going to spend that much I would spend it on silver. The Pres. coins were a fair price.
Thank you BStrauss3 for your help,
Jed
