I came a cross a small lot of non-replated orginal finish 43 Lincoln's at a local flea market . The price was right so I bought the lot. I was already happy with the purchase as I got nice BU examples for the book. I looked through the remainder of the cents that did not make the book and I came across this interesting 43 S. The coin has multiple die cracks and Retained Cuds on both the reverse and obverse
I identified the obverse as RCD-1C-1943S-18 on cudsoncoins. I have never seen a cent with so many die issues. I thought you all would like to take a look as well.

Very nice find. I agree with the obverse Retained Cud. The reverse one still looks like a crack from what I can see in the images. But still a great find!

Maybe a better image of the right wheat might help. It looks close. From the first image I couldn't see it, but the second image that is a little unclear might show something?

Is your white balance off or is that the true color?

I was wondering the same thing, since if it's the true color it was either dipped to look bronze or (much less likely, I realize) a true rarity. (Right?)
