I would grade it MS60.
Some heavy dings on the Obverse in front of the "B" and the Queens neck.
On the reverse, the "CAN" looks pretty rough.

Hrm the coin was covered in a Varnish, used an art eraser to carfully remove it... might have left some on in places... could I use alcohol and a cotten ball to move it?

This is a circulated coin worth its Ag bullion value. It's sentimental value to you may outweigh the Ag value of $15.00

This coin is only worth the silver value, if cleaned as you described it...

Can't figure out how to quote...

Ottawa, the removal was done very very carfully... and done before the photos taken... the Varnish was super flakey and ready to be pushed off... I actually used the art eraser to push it way... with no pressure... and under magnification, I am a rookie to modern coins but not enough of one to rub somthing over it that might cause damage.

I missed parts though as I did not want to messup the details. Should I use acetone to remove the rest?

I would say that when in comes to this coin in particular (because of it's condition and bullion only value) you can do to it what you wish to experiment or have it look the way you want. However when dealing with potentially valuable coins in good condition, be careful what you do to them. Even an eraser can leave small hairlines on the surface greatly devaluing the coin. Acetone works well for glue residue and foreign substance stuck to the coin and if not over used will damage the surface or discolor. There is contradicting opinion on dipping coins in stronger cleaners such as tarnex and what damage they do to the surface of the coin. Either way, generally if you dip the coin for more that 15 seconds in these solutions it will cause visible damage and make the coin look unnatural.
