1982 and 1983 quarters are harder to find in better grades.

Is the 1983 also of significance? I just started. I somehow fell in love with this hobby. There is so much to learn.It's another language.So I appreciate all input...

Coin tracker is notoriously overvalued. Yes, the 1982 and 1983 are scarce and worth more, but a circulated coin like that isn't going to bring $29.

I just looked it up and it said a 1964D quarter is worth $6 in average circulation...I doubt I could get $4 for one at current melt prices.

I would NOT trust coin tracker for current values. I would use ebay sold listings.
