Very old asian paper bill a rider what may be samari armour on horseback (accuse spelling please) also has I think a pinwheel top center. I really need help here thank you.

Your "pinwheel" may well be a chrysanthemum, which would indicate it's Japanese. But a photo or scan posted would greatly aid in making a definitive identification.

That's the one. I guess it's not real mine has the same serial number. I knew it wsn't worth anything but I did't tink it was a copy. Thank you for your help.

You mean the '11', that is a block or plate number, not a serial number. Your note is probably genuine.

Or perhaps a series number. Regardless, paxbrit has got it right. That it was such a minuscule denomination (a mere 5 sen, which works out to just 1/200th of a yen) plus its issue being a wartime emergency stopgap measure meant serializing could be dispensed with. Yet (curiously) they were watermarked as an anti-conterfeiting measure.
