This one must be the normal broad struck.

Would that make both off center since they are broad struck.

I don't see any doubling on those coins.

The edges on the coins are thick. Not like your regular Washington quarter?

I see that on the Pennsylvania quarter but I don't think it's an error. It just isn't perfectly aligned and that happens quite a lot.

If you like it, keep it. But I don't it's an error coin.

Note the reeds on the edge of the coin? It was in the collar to make those show. It maybe just a MAD coin.
