This is known as a silver eagle. It's one ounce of silver, value is tied to the spot price of silver and you should get spot price plus or minus one dollar depending on where you sell it. spot price right now is $19.69

The coin pictured above is not a 2002 coin either. Maybe they just posted a picture they found on line? The picture looks like a 2004.
