Luster is not apparent and the toning seems to be a little bit of a negative in terms of eye appeal. Lots of attractive brilliant BU examples of this date are available..... Way too much friction to be a MS coin (look in front of the cheek and at the cheek itself!) AU50/AU53 depending on luster present or absent. The toning is a serious detriment.
