A 1917 Lincoln Cent in G-4 (Good) condition has an approximate value of $0.10. It is difficult to grade a coin by these photos but it appears to have full rims and problem free, so it might make the G-4 grade. These cents are usually found in rolls or bags of pre-1940 cents that sell for around $0.03 - $0.04 cents per coin.

Sorry, I missed the question about the mint mark in my first reply. There is no mint mark on this coin, which is the standard for coins minted at the Philadelphia mint. Coins bearing an S mint mark were minted in San Francisco, D were minted in Denver, and coins without a mint mark were minted in Philadelphia. Hope this helps!
