Did anyone else get an email saying you are no longer getting the free masters club box as mentioned in an ealier email back in June? This is truly disappointing RCM. |

I'm beginning to think that the "glitch" that everybody at RCM is blaming is the person or people that are running the show. Somebody forgot to tell them or the "glitch" that you're supposed to reward the loyal customers that spend the most with the best gifts and not yank the carpet from underneath them. But I guess that they'll realize that later and we'll be getting another apology letter, but by then it might be to late. |

I just got the email too....I guess we are getting a redemption code for a discount on a future purchase this year.
Pretty BS if you ask me.

Yippie! I'm getting a code I can use towards buying the non-masters club member wooden box. I just have to pitch in another $100 or so. Sounds almost as good as the free MC wooden box. Perhaps I'll use my code to buy one of the frames they sell, and use it to display the last coin I will be buying from them.

My rep told me they replaced the box with the discount. Seems like they keep changing the rules at year end with no warning.so you buy all year thinking you get a box the following year and then at the end they change.

Received the same email yesterday.
This is terrible execution on the mint's behalf.
The box was said to be coming in August and then in the middle of August they say "no box"?
I wonder if someone forgot to order the boxes or was this the intention from the beginning?

Someone figured out they could spend their promotion budget on bonuses to themselves and stiff the customers.

This month I received one of those monthly books/flyer first time without the plastic cover/slip , just a sticker keeping it closed. Save a penny here and a penny there I guess.  |

Moving from manufacturer of the exclusive collection items (really not many people aware of NCLT coins) to the mass production, lower quality control. |

I also received the email. I was so looking forward to my box and now instead I'll just get a redemption code that I probably won't even use.
My monthly book also came without the plastic cover and seemed to be printed on more flimsy paper. Yet another reason to purchase elsewhere, though I've already curtailed my purchases quite a bit.

I was too even took some time to figure out what I will be putting in it.
If they changed the program for next year it would be frustrating but not as disappointing as what they did. In July 2015 I think we were all under the impression if you were a masters club platinum member you would get the free masters club collectors case, now they change it 13 months later what a slap in the face to the loyal customers as well as a great sign of respect. but on the plus side I am not a huge fan of the coloured coins and that seems to be what they are releasing lately so I will be not inclined to buy one or to of the ones I consider the nicer ones to maintain my platinum status, it looks like it is back to collecting what I want from the Post Office, and the coin boths at flea markets, which is how it all started for me.
