I live in Montana and had to look this up.

It is a collectible token circa 1964.

I might have to pick one of these up for myself.

When I lived in The Netherlands, we had some communities that issued some local coins for commemorative purposes. These coins were actually legal tender for a specific period within those communities. As this token has a data and a value, I was wondering if it's the same, here.

The short answer is yes all of the ones that have dates and values can be used at participating retailers. Some that I have don't have any and I don't know if they could be used.
