Hi,

I've found this 1962 a few years ago. The observe side of it is shiny like gold.

What type of error would it be?
Is the N Machine Doubling? Any value?

Your coin was likely sprayed or brushed with varnish of some sort, and it's wearing and chipping off the coin.

The N you ask about is in part the plating of stuff and in part die wear.
