66 was my first reaction, but I dropped it half a point due the disturbance by the ONE on the reverse.
I can definitely see a 66 though.

It's every bit as nice as a 66+ I was watching that had a green bean. Very nice Morgan!  |

without the hit on the reverse I would have it at MS66. solid MS65+

I see a 66 maybe 66+. I have an 81s in a 66 that looks eerily similar

I'm going to buck the trend and say just a 65. My reasons are related to the strike. Philadelphia Mint strikes are notoriously strong and sharp. Note the hair directly above Liberty's ear and the eagle's breast feathers. They lack the detail seen on 65+ and 66 examples. The fields are exquisite on this example, though.
