pauliswilling Valued Member 108 Posts	Posted 09/06/2016 2:23 pm I bought an 1884-S once in a PCGS ms 62 holder and the coin looked good. I sent the coin out to PCGS to get it reholdered because of scratches on the reverse of the case. I checked the verification to make sure that all was good and it verifyed. I got a letter after sending the coin and PCGS stated it was a counterfeit holder. I DID get my money back but beware, they are out there! the coin WILL verifty as well! If the coin I am buying does not have photos taken of the coin when I verify the coin so I can see the marks on the original pictured coin, I will not buy it. Report this Post to the Staff

My plans were to keep the coin, and continue to add to my CC dollar collection. I just didn't like the marks on Miss Liberty's neck (wide and deep looking) and on her chin.
