20 Bolivares 1944 & 1945 Venezuelan Banknotes

Gooner24 New Member Belgium 29 Posts	Posted 09/04/2016 12:05 pm Hello, I picked up 2 banknotes today along with about 20 others but theses ones are really giving me trouble. One is a 4 December 1944 20 Bolivares, the other is a 6 December 1945 20 Bolivares, both from Venezuela. I'm mainly looking for some sort of valuation, mainly on the 1945 one as I have found around 3 sites, all 3 sites are using the same banknote as an illustration (same serial), it says there 499,999 were produced, 1 is known (which would tie into why all 3 sites are using the same image) and there is an estimated 10 unknown/undiscovered worldwide. To me that would make it pretty rare lol, so I just sort of wondered a valuation, whether I can get rid of the missus and buy a house in Dubai or whether its worth like £10 lol. Any help would be very much appreciated, I've included a copy of each bank note for you. Report this Post to the Staff

Gooner24 New Member Belgium 29 Posts	Posted 07/04/2017 2:45 pm Hello Numisquin, Good news and bad news, the bad news is, the bottom one (the one in terrible condition) I binned, I know that sounds bad but it was making me feel like my collection was bad (Im strange like that lol)I also got rid of a Costa Rica one that was in horrible condition. Good news is I still have the one at the top, 1945, thats the one I bought, the 1944 one was behind it but in the same plastic slip, noticed when I got home so was a buy one get one free kind of thing. I feel bad as if I had known sooner I would have sent you it for free. The 1945 one is in really nice condition tho, here's a picture of it in better light, more good news is I have another Venezuelan banknote from the 1960s.
