Money I would rather spend on coins!  I have tried to plan our family visit around the shows, but it has yet to work out in my favour. |

There's a 50/50 chance I'll be there. Depends on how my week goes. I'm an hour a way in the fantasy world where LA traffic doesn't exist, but 1.5-2 hours real world.

I was in Long Beach airport for a connection the other day. Nice little airport. Too bad I couldn't extend my stay!

$1200? Oh my... I just checked and I'd pay 4000NOK, or just below $500 for a return trip to attend Long Beach this weekend. Both Swiss, Lufthansa and KLM have seats available. Maybe it's profitable to fly to Long Beach via Europe?  |

I was just guessing as to a cross country last minute flight. Heck, depending which airport I fly out of, from so cal to Sacramento, 2-3 weeks beforehand ranges between $150 & close to $400 economy

For giggles I just checked some flights and the cheapest is $599 with one stop, which is typical from my airport. I can save a whopping $2 with two stops. |
