Hi Cory. LD. It's harder to tell from your picture with the angle. And trying to view on my phone doesn't help. But do a search here using the advanced search option. You will get tons of hits to read up on. Good luck!

Thank you. Something you can do with your computer is to keep a straight edge/business card/piece of paper and you lay it across the top of the image of the date to check for yourself if the tops of the devices are straight or not.
Is-This-A-1970-S-Small-Date?
I may also do this for locations of mint marks for location matches on RPMs to see if I need to look closer or not.
