Went to buy junk silver and there were over 20 Morgan and Peace dollars with this old sticker still on them. This was on a 1899 0 Morgan. Has anyone ever run across this before?

$21.00 Wish I had more cash in hand. The ones I looked at are in great condition. My friend grabbed 5.

You should ask him to sell you at least 1 then he still has 4. don't think he will mind, me and my friend does the same, we buy extra just in case the other one don't have it

I brought the one pictured. The woman working was starting to pull the stickers off. I seen white round patches on those and pleaded with her to stop, lol. She did. Going there later today and hope to buy whatever if left.

Their a piece of history. Just looking at it makes me wonder how things were back then. Defiantly a collectors item. Going to go buy the rest of them, if their still there, later on today. Might offer a few on ebay at cost. Not sure yet. I will post before I do.

Appears to be a recently applied sticker. Coin appears to be toned and well worn (from the not so good images) but the sticker is clean and unworn. And with the price on the sticker I would suspect these were "souvenirs" sold by the casino.

Lady Luck is still in downtown near Binions if I remember correctly. This could just be some sort of recent promotional thing.

They are probably somewhat recent but if that is a souvenir the $5.50 would likely be the price. So it would be before the economic crash/housing bubble when silver prices shot up in price.

I thought the Lady Luck Hotel & Casino in downtown Las Vegas was closed up several years ago. Has it reopened?

It gets confusing because there are or have been three Lady Luck Hotel and Casino's One in Vegas that closed in 2006 and reopened as the Downtown Grand in 2013. There is another one in Blackhawk CO and there is one in PA. The Vegs on opened in 1964 so It could easily have sold souvenir Morgan dollars for $5.50 in the late 60's early 70's.
