the back leg appears to have some doubling I think

I have my doubts about it being entirely hub doubling as evidenced by the 'ST' in 'STATES'. Along with this PMD I believe it to contain some MD and 'possibly' some sort of hub doubling of which I am unsure about.

With coin contact comes flattening damage. Unless there was one in better condition already listed, it would be hard to see this as hub doubling in this condition. I don't see the classic notching you would expect see on this area:

While your devices on FIVE CENTS look wider, I feel it is more of a flattening from circulation. sorry
