When observing the back of 2016 $2 Paralypic Uncirculated folder I noticed that half of the coin is exposed due to the see-through plastic window being cut. I meant to post this when my I got the folder but forgot, however I was also told that the remaining folders in the box had this same error.
Is this something that is isolated to a small batch or have other people noticed this as well? I'm not concerned considering they retailed for $3, I just throught is was an interesting thing to point out.

I think they were purposely designed that way as an entry point for the coin.

I bought a whole heap of them from different Woollies stores, and they all had the same problem. Thanks for reminding me to put them in a bag before too much air gets to them.

I ordered some of these from the RAM shop the day they were finally available, I have yet to even have received the notification that they have been sent yet
Maybe the order from Mr Cotton was far more important so that he could finish making his rolls up that he is selling

I'm afraid your frustration is going to have to last a little while longer Trout! When the RAM mentioned the exhausted allocation they said orders the Paralympic folders wouldn't be sent until mid October! Since they have removed the listing from the eShop you can't see the notice anywhere, but on Google you can still see the caption.

It's normal and not an error.
