Is this one listed? I can't seem to find one with that mint mark position and/or that obvious die scratch heading WSW from the 8. Thanks.

Looks like it could be 4 in a different die state. Have you tried to confirm doing an overlay?

That is the closest one, but I would have no idea how to do an overlay. Instructions on this forum somewhere?

The location of the mint mark is wrong for 004. I don't see a match for it on CopperCoins.
