1963 Penny With Star On It - Coin Community Forum

Coins10251117 New Member United States 2 Posts	Posted 09/18/2016 01:27 am Hello, My mom was searching through our old coin collection and found a very strange penny. We were looking at it and found the penny had a star on it with a lowercase n inside of it. It seems very professionally indented, didn't want to rub over it much a single to not corrode the penny. Here is an example I have: Its mainly considered damage to a coin. A collector of counterstamped coins may have interest, otherwise its worth 1 cent. Report this Post to the Staff
